This Privacy Policy applies to the Infinity Compliance’s (hereinafter “we”, “our”, and or “us”) websites including, but not limited to, and additional micro and or mobile sites (hereinafter “Sites”) operated by the Infinity Compliance, regardless of the electronic or non-electronic device, computer, tablet, or mobile phone (hereinafter “Device”) visitors or users (hereinafter “you”, “your”, and or “users”) used to access our sites. This Privacy Policy covers information collected at our Sites. It does not cover any information collected at any other websites. This website contains links to other websites. The Infinity Compliance is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. This Privacy Policy explains how the Infinity Compliance collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use our Sites. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting, using, and or accessing or any of our Sites, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Changes in Privacy Policy

All “Personal Information” (information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact the person to whom such information pertains) that the Infinity Compliance collects and maintains is subject to this Privacy Policy. The Infinity Compliance reserves the right to change and or amend this Privacy Policy, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice to you. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, changes and or amendments to the Privacy Policy effective immediately after such changes and or amendments have been posted on or any of our Sites. However, unless you consent, we will not use your Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time it was collected.

Collection of Personal Information

We collect information to provide better products and services to all users who use our Sites. We receive and store any information you enter on our Sites or that you give us in any other way. We may collect “Personal Information” (which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as first and last name, e-mail address, credit card, and mobile telephone number) at certain areas of our Sites, such as when you sign-up to receive newsletters, purchase products, download products, participate in contests or sweepstakes, and contact us through any of our Sites’ contact forms. We may also collect certain demographic information (such as gender or age) and information about your interests and preferences (hereinafter “Demographic Information”). If we combine Demographic Information together with Personal Information, then such combined information will be treated as Personal Information.

When you place an order with us, your contact information is used to communicate related information, such as order and shipment confirmation, release date changes, new product announcements, and requests for more information to facilitate the processing of your order.

Collection of Usage Information

We and our third-party service providers, including analytic companies, use technology that automatically or passively collects certain information whenever you visit or interact with our Sites or one of our advertisements on another website (“Usage Information”). This Usage Information may include your browser type, the URL that referred you to our Sites, and areas within our Sites that you visit, among other information. We may use Usage Information for many purposes, including to enhance our Sites. We collect your IP address or other unique identifier for your Device used to access our Sites (“Device Identifier”). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device used to access our Sites, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. Cookies – A cookie is a data file placed on a Device when it is used to visit our Sites. A Flash cookie is a data file placed on a Device via the Adobe Flash plugin that may be built-in to or downloaded by you to your Device. Web Beacons – Web beacons are small graphic images or other programming code (also known as “1×1 GIFS” or “clear GIFs”). We may include web beacons in our web pages and e-mail messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Embedded Scripts – An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with our Sites, such as the links on which you click. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to our Sites, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.

Electronic tracking technologies are used to enhance your experience on our Sites, including allowing you to remain logged in to our Sites. Cookies, web beacons, and embedded scripts may also be used to collect general usage and aggregated statistical information that does not identify you personally. However, we and or our partners may use cookies to store some of your preferences (including limited Personal Information) or to display relevant content based upon what you view on our Sites.

Information from other sources

If we receive any information about you from other sources, we may add it to our account information for a variety of purposes, including to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that may be of interest to you. For example, if we receive a list of subscribers to a publication, and we note that you are a subscriber, we may include that information in the account information that we store about you. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

The Infinity Compliance may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics, with third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes unless you consent to such sharing at the time you provide your Personal Information. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly with third-party service providers and or with our partners: publishers, advertisers, or other sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our Sites. Third-Party Service Providers – We may use third-parties to perform certain services on behalf of our Sites, such as hosting our Sites, storing information, ecommerce functions, credit card processing, financial transactions, order confirmation, digital file delivery, database administration, designing and or operating our Sites’ features, tracking our Sites’ analytics, ad serving, e-mail hosting and storage, and enabling the Infinity Compliance to send you e-mail newsletters or performing other administrative services. We may provide these companies with access to user information, including Personal Information, to carry out the services they are performing for you or for the Infinity Compliance. While we may use third-party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of our Sites and the viewing of our content, we do not share Personal Information with these analytics service providers. Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions – We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (hereinafter “Promotion”) through our Sites that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to the terms, conditions, and or official rules that govern that Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s official rules, such as on a winners’ list.

Administrative and Legal – We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Infinity Compliance if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations, detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of the Infinity Compliance, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Business Transfer – We may share Personal Information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all information related to our Sites, including, without limitation, your Personal Information, Demographic Information, and Usage Information to: a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of our Sites or applicable database, or in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of the Infinity Compliance’s stock and or assets or other corporate change, including, without limitation, during the course of any due diligence process.

Consent to Transfer

Our Sites are intended for citizens of the United States of America. Our Sites are operated in the United States of America. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States of America, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to, processed in and stored in a country outside of your home country. By accessing our Sites, you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of your information in the United States of America and or other countries outside of your home country, in jurisdictions in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside and or are a citizen of.


The Infinity Compliance and or our third-party service providers incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your Personal Information. When you place an order for products, your sensitive Personal Information such as your credit card number is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). However, no data transmission over the Internet, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and or our third-party service providers, and you use our Sites and provide us and or our third-party service providers with your information at your own risk.
